Health is used to measure how much vitality a Character has left before they deplete an Energy Reserve. Once a character's Health runs out, an Energy Reserve is used. Health automatically regenerates 20 points every 4 seconds.
When struck by an enemy attack, Health is depleted. The amount of Health lost is dependent on the attack they were hit with and the Character's Battle Scheme. The difficulty also plays a role in how much damage an enemy attack deals.
In addition to the Health regenerated automatically, there are other ways to help restore Health. Purchasing Bubble Tea from the Victory Café will allow characters to restore +20 Health every time Element Extract is absorbed. Characters such as Gloobin can also restore Health with their special abilities.
